About Me
Hi, I’m Christine.
As a therapist, I’m deeply passionate about the work I do and committed to life-long growth, curiosity, and self-reflection. My approach is shaped by my own lived experience as a highly sensitive person and autistic (late-identified, high-masking), which gives me a unique, compassionate perspective when supporting others.
I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find the right kind of support—and how profoundly healing it can feel to be truly seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. That’s what I strive to offer each of my clients: a space where they can feel safe, understood, and honored in their full humanity.
Being a therapist is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I hold deep appreciation for the courage it takes to reach out for support and the vulnerability my clients bring to the process.
Clients often describe me as having a “quiet confidence,” and I’m known for balancing gentle presence with insight and depth. My areas of specialty include working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and Autistic/ADHD Women and LGBTQ+ Adults with Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, and/or Grief.
Outside the therapy room, I find immense joy in poetry, books, nature photography, walking trails, gardening, cross stitch, yoga, and learning. I have a soft spot for moths, bats, butterflies, insects, and flowers—and I love exploring the beauty in life’s quieter corners.
